Your right, very few turn a profit and the darling of asx listed bnpl companies heamorages capital.. But you’ve missed the point…. bnpl is an optional value add to a product suite rather than a sole target market...
These guys are building a payments ecosystem, and this acquisition allows further integration of customer facing tech/products expanding the footprint..
