Im still a tad confused as to what will happen when the deal is done. I bought these shares from a tip off from a friend who was trading as a job. Have been holding for at least 5-8 years now, geeze, it is so long ago I can’t really remember…. Currently at a loss but have held as I thought WTF I’m in and will ride the wave. With this sale do our shares gets rolled over into the new company. Or are we given a payout?

Also I know there are mixed feelings from reading the posts over the past few months but do you think it’s worth holding (if they do roll over) or getting out of dodge. Total novice here just wanting some advise.
