Should shore up the buy side somewhat and provide a SP white knight and accumulator as id imagine they will be ploughing all kinds of time | Money & Resources into this and will want there fair share of the rewards.
Dilution sucks but its good to have some stability and what id imagine would be all kinds of value add ongoing now forever after.
