I imagine the construction period would be a year and a year for permitting etc.
Will be more likely 3 years minimum.
I don't think they will mess around though.
Triple production as soon as they get up to steady-state and finalise how to, then start the process to value add once the long-leads are ordered.
Hopefully so much cash will be generated that there really is no choice but to build the refinery.
