    In that Sentinel 2b image from last week I can see three cells near the Vat area all dirt and no water in them yet, plus a large evap dam/water storage area to the southwest of the Mt Freda pit which does have some water, but you are right, dewatering that Mt Freda open cut seems to be a very slow process given we saw photos of pumps going full bore last calendar year. Can't just discharge water to the creek anymore, if you pump it out of the Mt Freda pit you need to put it somewhere else to evaporate.....

    Maybe someone more familiar with the old Mt Freda site might have some ideas as to how much water storage they have on-site vs how much water is actually still in the Mt Freda pit itself.
