If you did some more research, you will find that they are far from a 'nothing company' and SK Pharma Group turn over approximately $25mil a year. K.S. Kim International turn over around $3mil from what I could find.

The deal probably doesn't mean much right now, but it has potential. At the end of the day, if ArtemiC fails the trials, then the deal is probably dead.
I find it interesting that they signed this distribution deal with a large company when Phase II trials have only just commenced? Maybe they have already seen the effects from previous tests of ArtemiC and are confident in its success ..
