The first part of the sale settlement is subject to shareholder approval when the next GM is held. I expect there to be an overwhelming vote in favour for the sale settlement of Speewah. Tivan resources also have to validate JORC resources to the Speewah project by tomorrow. So KRR have almost 1.9ML in kitty, just add another 2.5ML soon which will bring the total to 4.4ML.
