There are a multitude of reasons for why the value on our balance sheet is different to the value placed when acquiring part of the business. Most likely that our balance sheet value is based on asset value, and the acquisition was most likely made on future value. Generally you are not going to sell part of your expanding business based purely on current assets. All in all, it doesn't make a difference to us currently. This value only matters if and when we choose to sell that portion, which evidently isn't soon. We sold a loss making business and are generating revenue from Cannaglobal. The revenue we have received from this to date is already well above what we ever generated from Derma.
