The difference between the book/balance sheet value and the assigned future/sale value is where I would expect it to be; being that the sale value was around 10x current net asset value. This is very standard. You are right that not all projections come to pass. Either way, the net value on our balance sheet is no surprise. Discounted cash flow valuation is a future value and would have most likely been used when acquiring part of CannaGlobal.
