Is that why the recent capital raise for cannaglobal was done on valuations similar to the valuation giving mxc stake a value of $2.5m?
So mxc paid for 'future value' as you call it but investors later to the table than mxc don't have to pay 'future value'? Sounds like someone got ripped off or mislead to me?
