re: Ann: Binding Terms for Private Placement ... I tend to agree. The mantra of Marengo being in a unique position for a company of its size etc etc is wearing very thin. No doubt the unbinding term sheet had some conditions related to SP over the period of negotiation. Somewhat explains the selling pressure.
