    This is a more reasonable comparison than NST as that is a massive project further along the development line...

    LCL transaction value on a $/resource value is a significant discount. Any independent valuation will have to rate this as not fair and not reasonable using these metrics. Going to love to read that IER when it comes out as I'll have lots of questions for the board to answer.
