    • LCL grant TGC an option to acquire its Colombian projects. (what is option expiry date?)
    • TGC to pay LCL $1 million in cash upon satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent.(what are they?)
    • TGC must go public on Canadian stock exchange by 31st December 2025
    • if TGC fails to go public LCL retain the $1m and Colombian projects.
    • Going Public may be extended to December 2026 subject to certain expenditure commitments and cash payments to LCL. (what are they? what is option for to secure year extension?)
    • LCL receive additional $0.5 million and % of share capital equivalent to $8.5 million (is that paid by Tiger or the new vehicle)
    • TGC has the option to pay the Company $9 million addition to the $1 million to acquire 100% in lieu (by When?).
