This seems and looks like a great back door deal.
Selling the assets to a dodge company that's not even listed and giving them 1 year for that.
Shareholders should look at the full disclosure of this deal.
Who pays for the expenses of holding the tenements, employee etc until 31/12/2025?
I bet this guy are paying $10m upfront to LCL... and in 2 years (after left government leave Colombia) .... they go public valuing the company at $50M+
