Its not a matter of long or short, its a matter of keeping your shareholders informed with progress.

You yourself have recently said you hope for one from both PRL and Total.

We all can read and interpret the announcements how we would like, but in reality if the Company cannot provide an announcement of the SHA within the parameters is has publicly suggested then at the very least it should provide and update on the progress of these discussions.

Yes this is potentially huge, and yes it is important they cross the t's and dot the i's but it is equally important to communicate with your current shareholders and with those that are on the side lines watching.

Some similar size companies with similar potential are doing a lot better at communication than PRL and that's what drives investor confidence and a higher level of investment.

All in my opinion but they need to improve their communication in real time.
