    What the hells going on with this Share holders agreement?
    I understand there is multiple layers to this & they take time but It’s almost beyond a joke at this point.
    goal of 8 weeks from binding agreement being signed.. now 10 weeks past that goal date.

    Anyone have an email or any way of getting in contact with management to try & get an update on how it’s progressing?
