Just because price doesn’t rise off the back of a positive announcement doesn’t mean it’s market manipulation. Anyone selling a large amount of shares will move price, that doesn’t make it illegal. It looks like the market already factored in the deal with TE, with the rise from 6c being the result of that. If PRL was still at 6c when this announcement was released and price rallied 150%, I doubt anyone would be complaining. I’m not a holder but have been following the story. GL to holders.
