The vote's been scheduled for late Jan/Feb so they'll have plenty of time for a better offer to come in after more drilling results are done. I like the fallback of the takeover offer though, if someone gets to 19% they'll just do it at 3.50, almost guarenteed to get 50.1% of the company?
