guys - this is a public service announcement. I have no short position in ASZ and no financial stake in the outcome. but it seem inevitable to me that this deal fails and stock goes right back to $2.4 (prob lower). Gina is at 15%; there is a clear out for SQM at 19% and she will get there tomorrow. sell her your shares and move on. even if somehow SQM tries to go around Gina - basically impossible - the FIRB will still probably kill this deal given Chinese ownership at SQM.

this is the exact same playbook that happened at LTR. Gina does not care about minority shareholders and has a multi-decade time horizon. this stock will get decimated when the deal fails...

so please take the opportunity to sell Gina all your shares at $3.49 or whatever tomorrow.
