You need to do your homework and based on your questions you look silly. Of course the $3.50 applies all shareholders including retail. Control is reached when a shareholder owns 50.1%. SQM stands in the market at $3.50 if the scheme fails and does not favour any type of shareholder. Gina, if she already owns 15.4%, already has enough shares to block the scheme of arrangement with Creasy unless he sells most o& his shares to SQM.
Unless SQM or Gina ups the price and Creasy and the lower bidder sells all their shares to the higher bidder, AZS is likely to remain listed.
