I guess we will see if other bidders come out and buy shares - possible suitors include Min Resources Gina, IGO, Wesfarmers, etc. quite a few other potential bidders. Remember there are rumours than Gina and Min Res have been buying stakes in AZS.

I feel this may just be the start of the journey to a takeover of AZS!

My own view is the bid is too low to be successful and if we see amazing assay results from TA3 in the next few months I doubt the $3.52 bid will be high enough.

AZS is worth much more .
More than 2 bids in 3 months from SQM . SQM wants to steal AZS at the low end of the Lithium price cycle. That's why SQM can't leave us (AZS) alone. What do SQM's Geo's and Accountants value AZS ? Having worked in corporates I'd estimate at least $7.

Firb likely to go with SQM ( part owned by unless Pres Biden does not like it and will swap Julian Assuage for a block.

Mark Creasy is not in. So that 13% of Azure not in SFA .. with you ,me,@Bigly @WowVeryJosh and the rest of you that think $3.52 is not the right number . We can wait for the capital gains year to be up...
