Even if TA3 has great assays, I can't see the price moving much above the bid price of $3.50. The only thing that will move the price significantly above $3.50 now is a higher bid. Also, Tony knows better than nearly anyone else the potential of TA3. So, he has either (i) realized that TA3's not so good so time to cash in or (ii) he expects higher bids for AZS and has therefore orchestrated the auction process secure in the knowledge that this auction process will be boosted further by strong results from TA3. Either way, all credit to Tony, IMO he has done a fantastic job for shareholders and deserves recognition for a job very well done, right from the start with the SQM investment/commencement of Li exploration until securing today's SQM takeover bid. I can't believe that this has all happened so quickly, the price was $0.47 on 30/05/23, less than 5 months ago! Many on here will fondly remember their investment in AZS and tell their grandkids about it! GLTA & DYOR.

Almost the exact date and price I bought...it is a tough decision for me. 3.50 does seem to be both floor and ceiling, but still risk in the deal falling through now that Gina has 18%
