Sqm doesnt have to sell their 19.9% . In fact their 19.9% in Azs only represents 12% of the entire Andover project.
Gina, Min Res or any suitor if so convinces Creasy can pick up the other 88% of Andover and its effectively theirs alone.
Sqm can just remain as a shareholder.
