3) the takeover offer is unconditional (on-market has to unconditional)

The only way you can buy on the first day is on-market takeover. Effectively, someone putting on an order at $3.52 to buy the remaining shares they didn't own.

So who is hoovering up all the shares? The main players are probably either Min Res or Gina - my money is on Gina as she is sitting on $16b in cash.

If she is buying then the $3.52 offer won’t get up?
