agreed. My guess is she's already been green-lit knowing there's a binding $3.50 and the board were largely drawn to the security given the macro's.
It was interesting for me that TR lent so heavily on the macro justification in his NR. It shone the light away from Creasy as a pure branding exercise and keeps the base loyal imho.
