Assume ABC P/L (owned by whoever) finishes today with 19.4%. All todays purchases to get there avg $3.45 / shr.
SQM can, and do, pull its offer.
Does the share price remain around $3.30 to $3.50 pending further results? If ABC does eventually say "I want 100%" and makes offer, surely will be at least $3.50 (partic if further results positive) remembering ABC can't vote on whatever offer is made and s/holders unlikely to accept less (especially, it would seem Mark C)?
If valid, I think the above says what others have been saying ie worth waiting for exploration upside but obviously everyone to make their own call.
As always, time (via the market & the number crunchers for the prospective buyers) will tell.
