there is a floor in the contract plus escalation
remember this is not like gold where you produce it and sell it into a huge liquid mkt, once produced you sell into spot if you don’t have contracts, the term price is higher than current spot, for lotus to go into production and be exposed to volatile price moves would be irresponsible and risky for the company
these contracts being signed underpin the company financially
it’s all positive
