    I'm always suspicious when major shareholders stay in the game with an offer they expect others to take the money and run. This offer doesn't fall unambiguously in that domain but with Tartak staying I don't like the smell of it, to be honest. But ... I can't afford to say "no". At $3.45 plus the franking from the special dividend I'll double my money. Enough said!
