In due course, expect the proposed scheme of arrangement to arrive in your mail delivery. Then shareholders have to vote, although approval must be a formality given that Daniel Tartak and Ian Malouf are in favour.

Then presumably there'll be the formal offer document (with its alternatives) for individual holders to accept.

I'd be surprised if this was all done and dusted by 1 July 2021. Maybe if approved and accepted, we'll be paid (or given cash plus the holding in the new unlisted 'vehicle') in August or September 2021.
