is Banksmeadow really sold below expectation? I re-read the FY19 presentation, they expected Banksmeadow and OTHER non-core assets to be divested as much as 80m. What else included in the list? slide P50 shows: St Marys, Ingleburn, Minto and Smithfield. Well, I do think lost of 10m of EBITDA from Banksmeadow for $50m is cheap, but really? below expectation?
