As for Bankstown the price was either in line or ahead of expectations depending on the broker. The key reason that’s impacted the SP in the short term has been BIN have had to wind back some price increases in Sydney due to competition. Secondly, some funds are not comfortable with guidance being provided at the AGM (Nov) and are waiting on the sidelines given what happened when they downgraded last time
