From my experience Discussions are generalized but Negotiations are specific to Price, Quantity and Delivery.
Patience is about to be rewarded.....an "All You Can Eat" Off-take agreement would be a blinding success.
Surely Local Govt will look favorably at this project and want to expedite proceedings... ABX have an exemplary reputation for environmental remediation demonstrated at previous sites.
