He was the one who built it from scratch all alone and he saw the future and still does.
He is the visionary and he knows the facts inside out.
His knowledge of the subject and his passion is deep and exemplary.

Unfortunately the board now doesn't seem consult him very often if at all to get his input before putting out potentially damaging statements like the recent one.

I get the strong impression they feel he is not in their intellectual league because he does not have a degree like they do. I personally feel they think he is below their level and station.

Sure he is a salesman first and last and if this product range and company was a dud it would never have gotten this far in the first place.

(Nothing in the commercial world happens without a "sale" being made somewhere by a sales person.
The good sales people are the blood of commerce - they are not Disallowed sellers or lepers.)

He made it all happen.
He was the DRIVING force that caused this and thus gave the board their leg up.

To me it looks like case of throwing out the baby with the bathwater by not using his deep, intimate and hard earned knowledge.

I feel very strongly that the board should forget that this man does have the same degrees as many of them have and they should wake up and use one of the best resources they have!

I have been involved since the 90's and I have known this man long before he started on this path.
Many times he and I have not seen eye to eye and have been involved in other areas of business, yet my respect for his passion and ability is enormous.

Yes, I agree that he sometimes talks too much and can be belligerent and loud, but by God he knows his stuff when it comes to BioGene.

I have not mentioned his name because those on the board and others of apparent importance to the future of this company know of whom I write.

I advise the board to Grow up and swallow your false intellectual pride.
One of the best marketing and management tools you have is right in front of you.
And he's FREE!

Disclaimer: As I said I know this man and he has no idea that I am writing this. I also helped raise initial capital for the initial venture more than a decade ago and now I am a very small shareholder.
I have very little to gain personally from writing this, and I have a strong dislike of watching people do stupid things in the world of commerce because of pride
