This is exactly why this slide in the presentation is so significant. Not only does the efficacy of the synergistic product become magnitudes better, it also provides a change to the existing compounds formula which opens the pathway for re-patenting existing mode of action (MOA) compounds as novel. This can be achieved by developing new compounds that are structurally distinct from the original compound or by creating novel combinations of existing compounds that have not been used together before.
It's pretty easy to read between the lines here. The patent holders (expired or not) of the current major MOA's would be extremely interested of the potential of the synergy provided by Qcide/Flavocide. Considering the list of those holding patents it pretty easy to see why BGT's registration will open the pathway to an easy takeover with a much much much (in my mind at least 10x) higher valuation than today.
