I couldnt of said it any better then that. We are in the right space at the right time before massive companies jump into this space. WE NEED the right management that want to take this to the glorious 1 billion market cap but unfortunately Neil is the only competent one in this role and the others have to move aside... I would be more then happy to let them leave with a bunch of shares as long as we get the perfect fit to replace them with..
