Im not so sure, I disagree. These are not commercial products these are new technologies. I think we will just need to show they actually work. The biochips probably has millions of uses. And some of these uses are big bucks like cancer and disease. Given this I think we just need to show efficacy (rather than effectiveness) really and we will be sailing. The process with the foundry involves modelling (by an outside company) - it's an exciting development towards efficacy. Unless we accidentally become the Tesla of the chip market ..
