True , Uni's had the system in-house 1989 , then Mosaic (Netscape) released their browser in 1993. Telstra took over the Internet in 1995 from AARNet1and connected us to the rest of the world. Games would have been interesting, my first dial up speed was either 14 or 28 kbps , with a 20MB hard-drive, thats an M not a G.
