I agree with Albuera (on the positive elements), but the working capital facility also bothers me somewhat - as it means the countless previous capital raisings (for working capital) haven't been enough. Never enough seems to be the trend, I guess on the bright side this avoids further capital dilution.
I just shudder to think of the next capital raising to pay off $6m in short term debt. I guess I just don't trust management to be disciplined with spending and keep their finances in order, if they have an easy source of cash.
