A move they needed to make for expansion. Execution risk is high when entering new markets, but they do seem to have done their homework on distributors so lets see what happens. Lets not forget Bunnings foray into the UK market which was a complete disaster. As a Aussie/Brit, I hope they are successful, but the markets are different. This will be a good test of management skills.
