One question- do you use a different pack for talking to instos? If so are you able to share it? Do you try to dispel the misconception that bisantrene is a generic and there is no value in our programs?
My thinking is:
- Is the story wrong, or
- Are we selling the story wrong.
Hopefully the packs and presos can answer that the story is right (meaning the science is right and there is immense value in it) and we are getting better at communicating it to both retail and instos.
