Some stocks are doing it eg NEU but the company needs to give us a reason. PYC are ramping up the chatter - optimist says they have something to crow about, pessimist says they want to do a CR. Cash position says they have enough to travel through the 6 months that Bioshares refer to about major milestones so optimistic for now. If it made it to 5-10c for some reason I have no doubt the would go for $3-6m to be safe. Given the potential of a whole library I still consider this an easy target for takeout if the Hockings agree - less than 5c wouldn't fly though.
