I think you are right, for those among us who wanted the listing on the nasdaq this is probably not such a bad deal after all.

They basically have done an equity raising at a good price and used a biotech listed on the nasdaq which had the cash but basically no product after their only marketable product failed the clinical3 trial.

It may not be such a bad deal after all but short term not much upside ,which we holders are very much used to by now..

still corporate action from a predator could well be on the cards.
