This is a lazy way of listing on NASDAQ. OK, we get $54m cash out of this but LOSE 26% of our company.

At our beaten down current sp we have a mc of $172m, subtracting $54m and applying 26% to the resulting $118m we have GIVEN AWAY $31m. And it doesn't stop there! When the fees (and expenses) for this amazing trick come in, the total cost of relieving us of 26% of our shares will be around $50M!

Sounds like the people who advised us not to accept the GSK compensation offer of $100m have struck again!

btw - I can't see much if any value in the NABI "assets" coming our way.
