re: Ann: Biota appoints Piper Jaffray as fina... IMHO, a good financial advisor gives good advice on business and help to create business plan. But in the situation of BTA, a good business plan is already there. The problem is how to implement it as planned. Piper Jaffray is more than a financial advisor to BTA now. It can use its relationship in USA to help BTA to implement its plan more smoothly and effectively.
