They knew what they were good at and what they weren't good at. At that time they recognized they weren't good at manufacturing at scale and P3 trial design.
Then years later they must of thought 'how hard could it be - we'll wing it!'
And here we are. 0 from 4 P3s and no where near 3D manufacturing and no partnership for any P3 in the USA or for the USA and no partnership to scale manufacturing.
This guy was talking about risk - what a crock!
