This comes as no surprise as intelligent individuals have a sensible number of children, whilst the dumb & uneducated reproduce until that phase of their lifecycle is over. So it stands to logical reason that, (assuming you believe in genetics), that it is a mathematical certainty that the dumb will swamp the intelligent. Hence the popularity of the Kardashians, (or however you spell their names).
