    So far the tactic has been to hold off until there's an offer that can't be refused, don't think that'll change.

    The board has a lot of faith in their HIV product and their COVID animal trials has increased the value of any commercial agreement ten fold. BIG Pharmaceuticals & governments are forced to pay attention, and PAY they will!
