Didnt the first annoncement say they have been consulting partners for funding. That indicates to me deals have been on the table 2 weeks ago and there following through due diligence by accepting what was put on the table at that time.
Checking the chart patterns theres 2 pump and dump patterns with RSI indicator hitting high 90s Monday end of trading session. Then Tuesday was an absurd second run and it even out.
It looks like its back to normal. A couple of eager beavers this morning but regardless will keep creeping up after the current profit taking.
