The Penny Oil Speculator newsletter in US issued a new reccomendation on 14 November on ERH which may account for the spike around that time.

I can't believe what that newsletter charges for a yearly subscription...hope they get their reccos right for the sake of their subscribers!!!!!

Was it a positive recco...the following quote should give you an idea :-)
