IMO the share price is still fair value given the Algeria asset, and the recent drop off has this factored in. Does certainly seem to be a political decision rather than merit based. I think this is the most disappointing part. Missed opportunity for the state, and other mining allowed (out of sight - out of mind) presents no issue. I imagine the minister will get a flood of questions.
